CASL does more than just coatings. To enhance value by minimizing overall cost and providing quick turn solutions CASL has built a vertically integrated operation that includes in-house machining, welding, grinding, polishing, shot peen and other preparation and finishing services to allow a single stop when looking for application of coatings. We prepare and finish what we do to control quality, shorten delivery times and eliminate third party mark-ups.

Types of machining and finishing

Phosphating

If you require component preparation before delivery CASL offers zinc phosphating up to 7’ (2.1m) length and 4’ (1.2m) diameter. Zinc phosphating is an excellent coating to resist corrosion during transportation and also provided anti-galling protection for thread connections.
